Customized Appreciative Inquiry Solutions
Having an Appreciative Inquiry workgroup is a great way to work together as a team of stakeholders to build on strengths; to set your goals; and design action plans that will achieve your dream outcomes. Appreciative Inquiry focuses on dissecting what works and building on those experiences. The collective strengths of your group will form the foundation (positive core) you will use to create or improve your system, program, or policy change.
We specialize in crafting transformative and customized workshops that harness the power of Appreciative Inquiry, positive psychology, and trauma-informed principles. Our mission is simple: to help you connect with the positive core of your organization, community, or program, and to guide you towards building the kind of environment you've always dreamed of. Whether it is a single session or a series we can develop interactive, fun, and actionable workshops that promote buy-in and lead you to your desired outcomes.

Appreciative Inquiry: A Healing Centered Approach to Student Engagement Workshop
Client: for the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene - Office of School Health Physicians Description: We provided a virtual CME workshop for over 100 New York City School physicians/school nurses on how to use an appreciative inquiry approach in their everyday practice, virtually or in-person. This proven solution-focused, positive psychology approach to seeking out what’s good and what works helps with better engagement of students during their clinic visits. With better engagement, medical professionals can move from being stuck in someone’s trauma and move towards healing-centered energy. They learned how to set the tone and create safe/brave space agreements so students will share what’s really going on with their physical health so they can help them thrive at school. We extend our gratitude to you for your contributions to our understanding of Healing Centered Approach through Appreciative Inquiry.” - Cheryl L. Medical Director- Office of School Health
