Change is Easier When You Approach it From a Strength-Based Perspective

"If you want to create change, you have to do it from a level of energy that is greater than guilt, greater than pain, greater than fear, greater than anger, greater than shame, and greater than unworthiness." ~ Dr Joe Dispenza

Change isn't easy, we all know that. But it's so much easier to approach change with positive energy and forward thinking than living through the lens of your past failures. I'm pretty sure that during those dark days when you experienced failure, there were things that you did that helped you through it all. And getting through it all is a big deal.

Maybe something good came out of those bad times that you weren't expecting, a silver lining. The skills you brought to the table, whether it was your tenacity, your "never give up attitude" or your ability to turn lemons into lemonade are just what you need to make bad situations work for you.

Give yourself some time to visualize what you want to create in your life and use the skills you already have to start making the changes you need to get closer to your goals.

Change is inevitable in life, most everything will change.

Remember, you get to decide how you will manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Why not choose the positive path, it feels so much better...and will get you where you need to go so much faster. You may find in a short period of time, you will be in a different place - emotionally, physically, and financially.

Whatever you focus on will happen; you will manifest whatever you dwell on, so choose wisely. Start today and do things that you envisioned your future self would do, see how you change.

There's only one thing that makes someone change: their own realization that they need to do it. And there's only one time it will happen: when they decide they're ready. Lori Deschene
